Garlic & Herb Chicken Pillows
This is a great weeknight dinner option and a great way to use leftover crockpot chicken that we shared a couple weeks ago!


  • (4 c.) Whole Chicken
  • (8 oz.) Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese, softened
  • (1/2 c.) 2% Milk Gallon
  • (1/4 c.) Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • (1/4 c.) Green Onion, chopped
  • (2 pkgs.) Crescent Rolls
  • (1 tbsp.) Salted Butter
  • (1/4 c.) Italian Breadcrumbs


  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, milk, parmesan and green onion in a large bowl, and mix until combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and press the diagonal seams together to form 4 rectangles. Repeat with the second package.
  4. Fill each rectangle with 1/8 of the chicken mixture, then pull the edges over the top and close to make a round pillow, about the size of a hockey puck. Repeat with remaining pieces, and then place each one seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Brush the top of each pillow with butter then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  6. Bake for 18-23 minutes or until the dough is cooked and the tops are golden brown.
